Hey, my muscles feel like someone took a bite of them from a football practice, and it looks as if Ill be playing guild wars all day today. Anyone else play any sports?

I love just about any sport. But mostly I just play basketball now, since my organized playing days are over.

Rugby
Badminton (Trips to Casualty x1)
Tennis
Rounders (School Team)
Cricket (School/ Town Team)
Swimming
Diving
Horse Riding (Trips to casualty x2)
Gymnastics
Roller Skating (Usually Drunk or High.. hilARIous)
Biking

Not to mention I did field at school cos my upper body resembles a small SUV in size LOL (Breasts have muscle too!)

Anyway, that's a list of everything I used to be better at than all the boys.. I mowed em into the ground.

Roller Skating, Biking and Horse Riding are the only things i did regulary after school, but I did do Badminton and Swimming/Diving for a while as well.. and who doesn't kick a football about on the beach with your mates at a BBQ.

Anyway, after the blossoming of my joint and muscle problems, I had to give all of it up >.< I try to go jogging>
..challenge me to ANY of those though, and prepare.. to DIE!!! (I'm very competetive)

Btw, Mandarth.. I loved one of your posts in that picture thread I think it was. Forget what the picture was but I p*ssed myself laughing

Oh and.. driving's my sport now.. BRUUUM!

Tennis, cycling and running FTW. Tennis is best but it's a bit hard to find other players.

Well atm I'm playin football but in the winter I play basketball and then spring/summer baseball... Then I go paintballing in between. Thats organized stuff I play basketball year round at my park and such.

I've never really liked sports. I go though phases every so often though, where I feel unfit and start to participate in more sport. I do enjoy running when I get myself into the routine of doing it, but due to joint problems and my asthma I find it difficult.

BTW not playing sport hardly qualifies you as being a nerd. Some people have a natural pre-disposition to other activities. For example I enjoyed art more whilst I was at school. I've always been quite talented in that area. It's a real shame I haven't kept it up over the last few years. Uni was very hard and demanding time-wise though.

Does dodgeball count? It's the only "sport" I ever really enjoyed, I used to play just about all of them...then I, you know, lost all my energy and discovered just how great PCs are. I remember dodgeball in PE classes though, that rocked.

Seriously I'm all about throwing things at people while trying not to get hit, me and my younger brother used to throw sticks and pieces of wood at eachother in the backyard. Just the two of us throwin' a stick at the other, then trying to run for it if it missed while dodging the other guys. Great stuff, and a good way to stay in shape. For the record the bigger pieces of wood HURT when you'd get hit, I don't recommend throwing it at the other guys face either. That shit leaves pretty big bruises.

I don't do that anymore though. Turning around in this chair is great exercise!

O.o no one mentioned hockey?

i used to play hockey just before hitting college (then i just got lazy) got a good 13 years of fun from playing it.

apart from that i like to walk round some (if its in walking distance i'll hit the pavement...not literally)

soccer (football :P ) every so often, and paintball once a year~
